4.采用内涨紧走带方式，使滚轴不易粘上灰尘污溃，达到不会再污染面料，及造成皮带的损坏。皮带采用里外双重清洁装置可对皮带的里外两面进行自动清洁，从而使皮带的使用寿命得到提升。

5.采用强制水冷却装置，对粘合的裁片，进行快速冷却处理，达到降温和稳定了粘合的效果。
